DOCOMOMO International and the Japan conference board of the DOCOMOMO 2020+1 are now accepting new applications for the following new themes:

- 14. Environmental awareness
- 15. Healthcare architecture
- 16. Wellbeing and urbanism
Applications for the third round call for papers is open until 31 January 2021．

Due the COVID-19 pandemic, DOCOMOMO International and the Japan conference board of the DOCOMOMO2020+1 decided to set up the 16th International Docomomo Conference Tokyo Japan 2020+1, 29th August – 2nd September 2021, with an hybrid format, through a mixed system between online and face-to-face (if possible, depending on the pandemic situation) lectures.
