The conference is organized by Franziska Kramer and Uwe Schröder (Department of Spatial Design), together with Dasha Kuletskaya and Sabine Brück (Department Bauplan), RWTH Aachen University and in collaboration with Susanne Schindler and André Bideau, MAS gta, ETH Zürich.

The interdisciplinary conference aims to investigate land issues and their spatial dimensions. The speakers and discussants include: Meta Berghauser Pont [Chalmers University of Technology], Sara Stevens [University of British Columbia], Benjamin Davy [TU Dortmund], Florian Hertweck [University of Luxembourg], Ifigenia Dimitrakou [University of Zürich], Elisabetta Fiocchi Malaspina [University of Zürich], Manuel Aalbers [KU Leuven], Thomas Hartmann [TU Dortmund], Gabu Heindl [University of Kassel] and Angelika Schnell [Academy of Fine Arts Vienna]

The conference will take place in the Foyer of the Faculty of Architecture at RWTH Aachen University and is supported by the DFG (German Research Foundation), proRWTH, GLS Treuhand and Stiftung trias.
