DR FRANCES SANDS
Prior to working at the Soane Museum Frances studied for a PhD at the University of York. Her main research interest is in early modern British architectural drawings, and at the Soane Museum she is responsible for managing the Adam drawings project. This is a major project to attribute and catalogue the 8,000-strong drawings collection from the office of the iconic neo-classical architects Robert and James Adam. She will speak on the research of her recent book on Robert Adam’s London’s buildings and interiors.
